If you are looking for a roofbox but find storing something large when not in use difficult, then the Thule Ranger roofboxes may just fit the bill. When you're not using your Ranger roofbox, it simply folds away into its' special storage bag and the whole thing will even then fit neatly into your car boot.

The Thule Ranger 90 is perhaps the mose versatile and popular model as it has plenty of internal storage space and will accept a wide range of sizes of bags and goodies inside it. The Ranger 500 is a much longer option and can even be used for carrying skis and snowboards. The Ranger 500 has special extension zips for adjusting the amount of load space you are able to use. Fitting either of the ranger roofboxes is a quick and easy affair as both utilise Thule's Easy-Snap attachment system. The outer material is hard-wearing and will keep out dirt and water on long journeys. All the seams are welded and every zip is sealed. Although Thule do suggest that is the weather is going to be bad on your journey it's advisable to pack youg rear into plastic bags before putting them inside the roofbox.
